Trivial PR to verify the dispatch-source → dispatch-target wiring fires:

  • Expected: pending status dispatch-target/build appears on the PR head SHA
  • Expected: a run appears on dispatch-target's Actions tab
  • Expected: the status flips to success and a comment with a run-log link is posted

If anything is missing, check that DISPATCH_TOKEN is set in both repos and that the target workflow has been primed.
